Fitooh Pro is bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They take the payment, so they also handle refunds. Here is how to ask, and how to stop future charges.
1. Bought on iPhone (App Store)
Apple decides refunds for App Store purchases. To ask for one:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Choose "Request a refund", pick a reason, then choose your Fitooh subscription.
- Apple usually replies within 48 hours.
We cannot refund or cancel App Store purchases ourselves.
2. Bought on Android (Google Play)
Google decides refunds for Google Play purchases. To ask for one:
- Open play.google.com, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Budget and history.
- Choose the Fitooh order and tap "Request a refund" or "Report a problem".
If more than 48 hours have passed since the charge, email us with your order number (it starts with GPA) and we will look at it with you.
3. Stopping future charges
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current period, and Pro stays on until that period ends.
- iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then Fitooh.
- Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Fitooh.
Deleting your Fitooh account or removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
4. Charged by mistake, or something went wrong?
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or Pro did not switch on after you paid, email hello@fitooh.com with the email on your Fitooh account. We will sort it out and support your refund request with the store.
5. Your legal rights
Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
6. Contact us
Email hello@fitooh.com. We reply within 1 working day.
